By creating an account or using TenancyDesk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using TenancyDesk on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
TenancyDesk is a cloud-based tenancy management platform that helps landlords manage properties, tenants, rent collection, notices, and documents. We provide the platform "as is" and may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
Free plan limits apply as published on our pricing page. We may adjust plan limits with 30 days' notice.
You own all data you enter into TenancyDesk. We do not claim any ownership over your tenancy records, documents, or tenant information. You can export your data at any time.
TenancyDesk is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Notice templates and AI drafts are for convenience only and do not constitute legal advice. You should consult a qualified lawyer for legal matters.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. We perform regular backups but are not liable for data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. You are encouraged to export your data regularly.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then anonymised.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.
